ORGAN DONATION WEEK

It’s ORGAN DONATION WEEK!

7th September – 13th September 2020

This Organ Donation week we want to highlight the change to the law around Organ Donation. This law was changed on 20th May 2020, this Law is named Max and Keira’s Law – the Organ Donation (Deemed Consent) Act.

You now have a choice on whether you want to opt in or out of Organ Donation. You may do this by registering your choice using this link:

RAFFA, a non-profit organisation is sharing video daily from their ‘sharing uk stories’ campaign, where they have interviewed people who have undergone a organ donation – if you would like to take part stay tuned to MELANINMUMMIESCLUB Instagram page and RAFFA facebook page for more information.
